About the Role Growth Signals is seeking a skilled and adaptable Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this role will involve end-to-end development across our technology stack, working on both front-end and back-end systems. You’ll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of our product, gaining exposure to a wide array of technologies and making a meaningful impact on the future of our platform. Responsibilities Develop and maintain front-end and back-end features for Growth Signals’ web applications. Work closely with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into innovative solutions. Collaborate with a distributed team to deliver high-quality, reliable software on time. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on maintainability. Implement and improve unit tests, integration tests, and CI/CD workflows to ensure product stability. Contribute to discussions on architectural decisions and tech stack evolution. Monitor and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, or equivalent roles. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and remote). Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Proficiency with back-end frameworks, preferably in Python (e.g., FastAPI, Flask). Experience with database systems, both relational (e.g., Postgres) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google). Understanding of DevOps fundamentals, including containerization (e.g. Docker), CI/CD workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi, Terraform). Ideal Qualifications Experience with large language model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and integrating AI-driven features. Familiarity with modern design patterns for building scalable and resilient applications. Experience with serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions). Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and tools (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
