Regardless of what team you join, you’ll be making making an impact and transforming an industry. About our Engineering team: We have around 10 Engineers out of 30 people in total and we’re growing! As Engineers we obsess about the quality of the product and focus on making a positive impact on users everyday. We use the following tools and technologies: React and Typescript in the frontend for our web app (in particular React Flow and Lexical) AWS for most of our infrastructure Kubernetes and Docker to schedule and run our services Postgres as our storage layer SNS + SQS for messaging queues Our entire app is event sourced, and you can find more details here What you’ll be doing: Helping us deliver a world-class product while making core architectural choices that enable us to scale Delivering product features end to end Developing and leveraging all-around engineering skills with opportunities to contribute across the stack, from deployment and backend architecture to iterating implementations of front-end designs Ensuring the security of our platform. We are dealing with hundreds of millions of dollars being transferred in any given deal, and the nature of our clients requires us to build a rock-solid, unassailable system Collaborating with industry experts in a cross functional squad of a Product Manager, Product Designer, QA Engineer and Product Engineers Helping us evolve our engineering principles as we scale You should apply if: You have experience working as a Software Engineer You have a product mindset and understand how to build with a focus on user needs You have extensive experience delivery product features end to end You have experience working across the full stack You’re comfortable using or learning React and Typescript You’re a great communicator, both verbally and when it comes to writing proposals You care deeply about giving users the best experience possible and their solving problems You’re a team player who is willing to learn new things and approaches problems with a “can do” attitude Bonus points if: You have experience working in startups and scaleups You have experience working in FinTech We value potential over experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes – what’s most important to us is to find someone who is talented, committed and eager to learn! ❗️ For more information about the role - click here!
