Your Role
As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll own the end-to-end development of our core platform, directly influencing product strategy and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build Revolutionary Tools
Architect and ship full-stack features using TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Python.
Design LLM-powered workflows for test automation (e.g., self-healing test scripts).
Optimize performance for high-throughput systems (10k+ concurrent tests
Drive Product-Market Fit
Work directly with early customers to gather feedback.
Iterate on UI/UX with our design team using TailwindCSS and TanStack Query.
Own the Roadmap
Co-create quarterly product goals, balancing technical debt and innovation.
Lead sprint planning and code reviews in a serverless/AWS environment.
Founder Track Opportunities (Optional)
Join sales calls to refine positioning for DevOps personas.
Write technical blogs/documentation to evangelize the product.
Mentor future engineering hires as we scale.
Requirements
Technical Mastery:
5+ years building full-stack apps (frontend + backend).
Expertise in TypeScript/React and Python (Django/FastAPI).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Mindset:
Obsessed with developer experience (e.g., “Why do engineers hate existing testing tools?”).
Comfortable learning new stacks weekly (e.g., Playwright, Puppeteer).
Bias for action—you shipped a side project to 1k+ users in 3 months.
Bonus:
Built browser automation tools/scrapers.
Experience training/fine-tuning LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.).
Previously founded a startup or were a founding engineer.
