About the Role By the Pixel is seeking a mid-senior level Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team! As a Developer, you'll create high-quality code and solutions while having the opportunity to grow into Technical Lead responsibilities on a per-project basis. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on development and technical leadership, allowing you to shape both code and team success. Core Development Responsibilities Technical Expertise Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established best practices Develop prototypes and proof of concepts Perform both minor and major system updates Proactively identify and implement code improvements Create and maintain technical documentation (wikis, READMEs, etc.) Maintains and/or builds skills and knowledge necessary for their assignments. Creates and follows through on goals for professional development. Stays up-to-date on the latest industry standards, trends, and technology.
