Job Summary SafeRide Health is looking for a Full-Stack (Mid-Level) Engineer (Remote) to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of clean, maintainable, and high-performance code, with special emphasis on REST API development, content management systems and lightweight middleware for React-based web applications. Primary Responsibilities Deliver new features and build new applications for the SafeRide platform Contribute to high quality code utilizing best practices (RESTful API patterns, SOLID, event driven WebSocket service patterns etc) Work directly with the engineering, product, and quality assurance teams in an agile environment to add real value for our internal and client solutions Innovate in a complex environment to bring real change to our industry while upholding security and regulatory requirements Required Experience 3+ years experience delivering secure, scalable web applications 3+ years experience in one or more of the following programming languages: Node (Javascript), Php or React experience. 2+ Experience working on production level either web/api apps 2+ years experience with modern build tooling such as Webpack and Babel Demonstrated experience building and maintaining production web services at scale, especially using asynchronous patterns Experience win designing and integrating RESTful APIs Experience with SQL or NoSQL technologies (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, etc.) Experience managing code with containers, specifically Docker Experience with cloud engineering on AWS (ECS/Fargate, CloudFront, Lambda, Redshift, queuing) Comfortable working on an agile, collaborative team using the usual suite of productivity tools (Jira, GitHub, Slack, GDrive, etc.) Experience in unit and integration testing.
