The overall purpose of this role is to be able to implement and support the technical needs of Humanity's Team across multiple teams and platforms. This is split between two types of skill sets: custom programming solutions and utilizing WYSIWYG platforms. WYSIWYG platforms -duda (Website builder similar to Wordpress or Wix) -Keap/Infusionsoft (CRM) -Vimeo/VHX (Video content management) -Zapier/Pabbly/Pipedream (Automation and Integration) -Jotform (Custom formbuilder) -Google Suite -Skype (main internal communications) -Thrivecart (Product creation, checkout pages, affiliate structure) -Stripe/PayPal (Payment processors) Custom Programming skills -HTML -CSS -Javascript -Git -Gitlab -Experience with front-end languages similar to React.js -Knowledge of building/maintaining REST APIs -Experience integrating with third party APIs -Writing automated scripts that run from a CLI -Using Cyberduck or other remote file transfer platforms -Using Kanban card organizers for task management (we use notion.so) -Slack (Development team related communications) -Familiarity with AWS EC2 instances Other Skills -Documenting processes -Being able to manage time efficiently without consistent guidance -Communicating issues and needs for clarity with the appropriate person as they arise -When approached by the team needing technical support, being able to jump in to solve the issue quickly and/or relay relevant information -Experience working remotely Company's information - www.humanitysteam.org Humanity’s Team is a global non-profit organization focused on helping people throughout the world awaken to the interconnectedness—or Oneness—of everything in the Universe, so they can embody that awareness in every aspect of their lives.
