Overview The Influence Agency is a growing marketing agency that specializes in Influencer Marketing, Community Management, Content Strategy & Development, Paid Media, Web Design & Development, SEO, Paid Search and much more!I n this role, you will be joining a team of designers and developers working within the PMO department. Your primary responsibilities are the development of new WordPress and Shopify websites as well as the development of landing pages on pre-existing builds. We're working in a hybrid model with 2+ days a week in the office (including free lunches!) and we're looking for someone who is located in or around the GTA with the ability to travel to our West End location. Basic knowledge of libraries/pre-processors like Sass, Tailwind, Bootstrap etc. Working knowledge of React Basic knowledge of back-end frameworks such as Node.js Familiar with SQL and Mongo database Understanding of deployment processes with cpanel, FTP, SSH Comfortable working with GitHub across teams Comfortable with QA Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot effectively. Working to a project timeline, hitting deadlines and dealing with ad hoc tasks efficiently Ability to scope hours and timelines for incoming development tasks Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with other developers and team members across other departments Experience in integrating third party API services into WordPress websites Nice to Have: Website portfolio showcasing a range of projects across WordPress and Shopify GitHub profile or a specific repository showcasing your projects SEO Knowledge Familiarity with AODA compliance Experience with Google products such as analytics and ads HTMX knowledge DevOps experience Unit-Testing knowledge Qualifications:We value skills and experience over formal education. You might be a university graduate in computer science or someone self-taught with a knack for meeting daily technical challenges.
