Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Web Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and enhance the front-end user experience interface for our web platform. While your role is focused on front-end technologies, you will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, other full stack engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless, high-performance user experience across all platforms. You'll be integral in building a platform that drives engagement and delivers an intuitive, efficient experience for users.
Most Important Qualifications:
Strong Front-End Skills: Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and related technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC).
Back-End Proficiency: Solid understanding of back-end development principles and experience with languages/frameworks.
Full-Stack Integration Expertise: Ability to design and implement seamless communication and data flow between front-end and back-end components.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges, debug code effectively, and find creative solutions.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the front-end user interface for our web platform, ensuring a responsive, intuitive, and seamless experience.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-centric designs into functional front-end code.
Work closely with product managers and engineers to define technical requirements and align on user needs, goals, and performance expectations.
Build clean, efficient, and maintainable code, utilizing modern web technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC).
Integrate APIs and back-end services to ensure full functionality of the platform.
Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of web applications for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Continuously improve front-end performance, optimizing for speed, scalability, and user experience.
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other engineers to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the product and the development process.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Web Engineer, with a strong focus on front-end development.
Proven experience building high-quality, scalable, and performant front-end user interfaces.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Razor, jQuery.
Experience with responsive design and optimizing web applications for mobile and desktop.
Strong experience in API integration and connecting the front-end to back-end systems.
Familiarity with back-end technologies and databases (MS SQL, mySQL) to work effectively across the stack.
Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Understanding of SEO best practices for front-end performance.
Experience working in the healthcare industry or with engagement-driven platforms Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other engineers.
