Position: Fullstack Software Engineer

Hiring Mode: 6 to 12 Months Contract

Job Description:

Looking for a contractor to build software, automations and data pipelines for our solutions center around inventory management, procurement, fulfillment, order tracking, data center health and safety and data center infrastructure. We have a roadmap that will take several quarters to implement.

What you will be doing:

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable web applications, automation tools, and APIs using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Defining the underlying technology stack, coding standards and development procedures.
• Work closely with other teams on new products, improvements of existing products, and data integration.
• Solving and debugging issues across the full stack.
• Optimize services for maximum performance, reliability, and scalability
• Drive performance tuning and automation.
• Support, maintain and document software functionality and infrastructure.

What we need to see:

• 10+ years of hands on software engineering, and experience leading other engineers
• Extensive Experience with C#/ASP.Net Core building RESTful web services and scalable web/cloud applications.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, web technologies, on-prem & cloud platforms, or data pipeline management.
• Strong Experience developing applications utilizing relational database engines as part of the overall application architecture.
• Breadth of experience in front-end technologies like React, Angular, NextJS, jQuery, etc.
• Experience in task automation and ETL processes.
• Good understanding of on-prem & cloud platforms in the areas of virtualization and infrastructure, distributed systems, load balancing and security.
• Background with Docker and Containers.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Evidence of strong technical communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience using source code management tools, as well as code coverage, unit testing and debugging tools.
• Experience with integrating with Nautobot and Jira is a plus.
