JOB SUMMARY
Design, develop, and implement Cisco ACD/IVR (UCCE) and CVP solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Develop and optimize integrations using APIs, Java, and other service integration tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end system efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and troubleshoot system operations to maintain optimal performance and availability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
5 years of experience in system solution development, testing, and implementation
Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architect
Advanced SQL skills
API Integration and Service integration experience
