A GIS Developer is required for a leading Tech start-up client of ours based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing geographic information systems. Client Details Our client is a leading agricultural tech start-up based in London, who are looking for a GIS developer with ESRI experience to join them on a 6 month initial period working remotely. Description Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Designing and developing GIS applications to meet business needs Coordinate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues Perform spatial analysis and manage GIS data Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GIS development tools and programming languages Provide technical guidance to GIS users and developers Prepare technical specification and documentation for GIS applications Profile A Successful candidate will have the following experience and skills: A degree in GIS, Computer Science, or a related field Commercial experience with the ESRI platform A strong background in React and SQL Proven experience in GIS development and programming Strong knowledge of GIS software and tools Ability to troubleshoot complex GIS issues Excellent communication and team working skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Job Offer On offer for a successful GIS developer with ESRI experience is the ability to work fully remotely from the UK earning a competitive day rate outside IR35 for an initial 6 month contract.
