Job Title: Global IT Senior Infrastructure Developer

Type: Full Time Direct Hire

Location: Remote Costa Rica

WHAT YOU LL DO:

As Global IT Senior Infrastructure Developer, you will be responsible for development and

technical support of client's new GenAI case team assistant. You will work with a team of internal

and external developers, product owners, solution architects and scrum master s to deliver on the

roadmap. You will be expected to be hands-on with latest development technologies, and bring

innovative ways to execute faster delivery for global client users. Therefore, a commitment to

collaborative problem solving, sophisticated development practices, and the creation of quality

products are essential.

YOU RE GOOD AT

• Participate in Agile ceremonies to deliver on the squad mission
• Create technical design for using design guardrails and business needs
• Security best practices in cloud environments
• Monitoring and logging to analyze & track resource utilization, application performance, and
• identify potential issues, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki or ELK.
• Having knowledge of DevSecOps & DevOps.
• Strong Python experience including async programming
• Troubleshoot reported production tickets and provide timely analysis and resolution
• Stay abreast of development tools, trends and practices, and act as an advocate and promoter for items that should be considered for future initiatives
• Keeping Technical Debt to the bare minimum.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with product owners/business
• analysts/solution architects and understand requirements carefully and execute.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Education:

• BTech/MCA with 5+ years of experience in the development of business applications in acommercial IT setting, or in consulting
• Experience/Knowledge (Mandatory)
• Experience developing multi-tenant applications (SaaS project) and multi-user M:M broadcast/pubsub/event streaming services
• Experience with multi-user tiered permission/access structures and data sharing permissions
• Expertise in cloud security concepts (IAM, access control)
• Expertise in Advanced Terraform (modules and templates) for infrastructure as code automation
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control
• Experience with AWS, particularly EKS, serverless, queue & various databases
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes + EKS, GitOps and FinOps principles, Cloud architecture and systems design principles, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, etc.) like VPCs, subnets, firewalls, and load balancing, TLS and SSL
• Solid git knowledge (tag, version, rebase)
• Experience/Knowledge (Nice to have)
• Experience building a user-facing GenAI/LLM software application
• Knowledge on Helm
• Optimizes cloud resources for better performance
• AWS Managed Services (RDS, Batch, Lambda, Fargate, Step Functions, SQS/SNS, etc.)
• FastAPI and NextJS experience (if we re still using the latter)
• Websockets, Server-Side Events, Pub/Sub (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)

• Leading and mentoring a development team
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Strong aptitude to work in a global and remote environment
• Strong communication skills with squad leaders and within the squad itself
• Problem solving and critical thinking.
