3DC is hiring for a remote position to help our clients and internal company with our white label version of Go High Level, and in some cases for clients own GHL accounts. 3DC also manages buildouts for numerous clients and this roll would be responsible for building out anything the client needs within the CRM. Additionally you will be responsible for managing our support ticket system. Support tickets are CRM related and in some cases website hosting / build out related. For simple support items you’ll be responsible for completing requests, for more advanced support items you will be responsible for passing the request to the support person and following up until closure. Our support process requires all inquiries are responded to within 1 business day or less, even if the solution may take longer we want our clients to know we’re working on a solution for them.
We’re looking for someone who can add value to our clients, think critically about the best solution for someone, and provide amazing support so that our clients feel like they are in great hands by working with us. We are a small team and are looking for someone who can help us grow by excelling at their role. This may require tackling activities not specifically noted within this job description, potentially attending in person events, or virtual webinars / trainings happening outside of our normal business hours.
Responsibilities include:
Managing our support ticketing system
For web development support tasks - send the task to the web development team and ensure support tasks are getting completed in a timely manner
For CRM support tasks - respond directly to clients with relevant details to close out the support task. This includes but is not limited to writing responses, creating a video response, logging into the client’s account to fix an issue, and working with the software development team if unfixable issues arise.
Answer live chat for CRM support.
Host weekly office hours on Google Meet where CRM users can get live answers to questions.
Go High Level Development & Activities
Build funnels and websites as needed for clients & internally
Build complex automations
Build opportunity flows and pipelines
Handle A2P registration for users
Setup dedicated domains for email for users
Build email templates and campaigns
Build custom fields
Build or use any other features in Go High Level
Willingness to work on new or unfamiliar applications and tasks as needed to get get job done
Performing other duties to support client success when needed.
Work Hours, Benefits, and Salary
3 Degrees Consulting operates 8am - 5pm Central Standard time USA. This role will be required to be available via communication channels on the same schedule.
This position is 100% remote. Work from wherever you’d like (as long as you’re available during standard business hours)
This position is 1099 W2.
This position does include health insurance or 401k matching.

Qualifications:
Excellent spoken and written english communication skills (you will be on video talking to clients as well as writing emails to clients)
Detailed understanding of the Go High Level platform, it’s features, functions, and capabilities
3+ years of experience in marketing
1+ year of experience working with Go High Level specifically
Work for a startup or small business preferred
Open to working on projects outside the dedicated roll. We’re a small team and occasionally you will b e asked to to work on unrelated projects. You must be willing to do whatever it takes to support our client's goals and the company's goals.
