We are looking for a back end developer who is self-motivated and always looking for ways to improve systems. The ideal applicant would be able to look at a system, break it down into its components, and find creative, but maintainable, ways to optimize and extend the system. Strong communication skills are required to work with front end developers as well as other back end developers to coordinate and solve problems. Responsibilities Maintain and optimize existing back end code Develop new systems and functionality to add capabilities to our platform. Requirements: BS in Computer Science or a related field and 2+ years of work experience, or 7+ years’ work experience in server-side development Experience with both scripting languages as well as compiled languages Experience using Go.
