Job Description:
There are 2 roles:

Developer Requirements:

2+ years of experience developing applications in GO.
Focus on building APIs using GO.
90-100% of the work involves backend development.
Strong expertise in backend technologies is essential.
Preferred experience with AWS serverless solutions (e.g., Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, SNS).
Familiarity with serverless architecture reduces ramp-up time.
Highly collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Tech Lead Specific Requirements:

Above requirements plus:
3-5 years in a tech lead role, must be at least mid-level or higher.
Strong fluency in backend development best practices, with mid-level expertise or higher.
Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly serverless solutions, including - SQS, Lambdas & Step Functions
Ability to work closely with product owners and leadership to:
