Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services, including Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, and other relevant AI/ML technologies.
Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and their application in conversational AI.
Experience with designing and developing conversational flows for chatbots and virtual agents.
