GStack Consulting is seeking an experienced Guidewire Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an expert in Guidewire with specific experience in Claims, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our insurance clients through your expertise in both functional and technical aspects of the Guidewire suite, especially ClaimCenter. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and support for insurance claims system projects. Design, develop, test, and implement full-stack solutions, using Java and related technologies. Configure and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter, working with business rules and integrations. Lead the development of integration designs for Guidewire configurations and ensure seamless interaction between internal and external systems. Deliver high-quality code while maintaining best practices in software development, including secure coding and adherence to architectural standards. Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, devise technical solutions, and contribute to successful project execution. Provide technical mentorship to team members and act as a key resource for emerging technologies. Maintain Guidewire applications in production, ensuring effective lifecycle management, including versioning, integration, and release processes. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire, specifically within ClaimCenter. Strong expertise in full-stack development, including Java, Java web, JavaScript, and SQL. Proven experience in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a focus on Property and Casualty insurance. Knowledge of business process modeling, data flows, and workflows within the insurance domain. Guidewire ACE/Professional certifications are required. Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences in both English and French. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in agile development environments using tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, etc. Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms, with an Azure Fundamentals certification or equivalent considered a strong asset.
