Responsibilities: · To assist Chief Officer in developing strategies and set directions for increasing project pipelines and expansion of Engineering and Port Operations business for Company. · To assist Chief Officer in the creation and execution of annual Roadmap action plan to implement the approved Business Development strategies and direction. · Responsible for the allocation and management of resources to drive projects or assigned regions/ countries based on priority and strategy. · Oversee the achievement of Business Development activities on their assigned projects towards milestones or conclusion or to realize objectives of assigned regions/ countries. · Oversee the sound execution of all engineering projects carried out by Engineering Services Division in the commercial, legal, financial aspects and customer relationship during and post project execution. · Oversee the effectiveness and efficiency of supporting functions in the Department. · Management reporting and administrative duties for the Division. · Oversee the training and development of Division members. · Perform any other ad-hoc duties. Requirements: · Minimum 10 years’ working experience in a port/ maritime industry · Minimum 4 years’ working experience in Business Development or commercial role · Minimum 3 years’ working experience in management position · At least a degree in Engineering / Management / Accountings · Meticulous and detailed · Proactive and independent · Self-Motivated with strong desire to achieve · Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint · Willing to travel · Mastery in other languages is an advantage
