Working closely with the CTO, the ideal candidate will lead technical development, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that underpin their ambitious growth plans. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end development of our client's digital products and platforms, including e-commerce and marketplace integrations. Provide strategic direction on tech stack decisions to align with business goals and future scalability. Actively contribute to coding efforts, particularly in core areas such as MangoDB, NODE (AngularJS), WordPress, Kotlin, Java, MySQL, Swift, Android, and React. Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and implement effective solutions in real-time. Work closely with the CTO to translate business requirements into actionable technical strategies. Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a high-performing development team. Ensure the technical infrastructure is secure, scalable, and optimised for performance. Develop and enforce coding standards, documentation, and best practices. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, integrating them where appropriate to maintain a competitive edge. Drive innovation in platform features, leveraging Tag & Scan Technology to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Requirement Extensive experience in full-stack development, particularly in e-commerce and marketplace platforms. Expertise in the following technologies: Backend: MongoDB, Node.js (AngularJS) Frontend: React, WordPress Mobile: Kotlin, Java, Swift, Android Database: MySQL Demonstrable track record of delivering scalable, user-centric digital solutions. Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and system architecture. Prior experience working in start-ups or equity-based roles. Familiarity with integrating secured operational tools.
