Hogan Developer / Tester

Location: Fully Remote.

Type: Long Term Contract.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Hogan Developer or Tester with 5+ years of expertise in Hogan development and/or testing and strong knowledge of Customer Information System (CIS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Hogan applications, including CIS modules, and a deep understanding of banking systems. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance, test, and maintain Hogan applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables and system performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experiencein Hogan development and/or testing.
• Strong understanding of Customer Information System (CIS)in banking environments.
• Expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and TSO/ISPFfor development roles.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies, defect tracking, and test automationfor testing roles.
• Familiarity with banking operations, specifically deposits, loans, and customer management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile and DevOps
• Knowledge of testing tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or Selenium.
• Experience working in mainframe-based financial systems.
• Understanding of batch processing and real-time transaction processingin Hogan.
