We are seeking a skilled Hogan Deposits Developer to support and enhance our core banking systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Hogan Deposits (DDA/Savings), COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS, along with experience in financial data processing and large-scale banking applications. This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing Hogan Deposits applications while ensuring system integrity, performance, and compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Hogan Deposits (DDA/Savings) applications.
• Design and implement batch and online processing solutions in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize SQL queries and batch jobs to improve system performance.
• Support data conversions and migrations as part of banking system upgrades or transformations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security standards, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Hogan Deposits (DDA/Savings) development.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and mainframe development.
• Experience with Hogan architecture, batch processing, and online transaction processing.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, validation, and SQL optimization.
• Knowledge of banking operations, financial transactions, and core deposit systems.
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work in agile or waterfall development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial data migrations, testing, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for automation.
