Position: IBM Datapower Software Engineer (Remote)

Location: Remote (Candidates MUST reside in Washington DC, Virginia, or Maryland)

Duration : 6 months

Note ---- Role is mostly remote, but will need to be onsite in Reston VA or Washington DC 1-2 times per month

Job Description:

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Experience:

1. 5+ years' experience of Software Engineering experience.
2. Must have IBM DataPower v10 & IBM API Connect v10
3. Must have a solid API /Web Services background - Open API Specifications 2.0/3.0
4. Must have basic knowledge of cloud native platforms and tools - AWS & AWS API Gateway

Preferred:
Bash/shell scripting
Java
Spring Framework
Oracle/DB2
