Job Overview As a Lead Implementations Engineer at Crewfare, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining integrations between Crewfare’s product offerings and external partner platforms. You will lead the technical execution of our Connect API layer, focusing on hands-on coding while managing integration-related responsibilities across product teams. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the travel industry, particularly with supply side integrations such as Expedia, Priceline, and Amadeus. Work Environment This position is remote, with opportunities to work in a globally distributed team. Candidates should be comfortable working in an international and virtual environment. Responsibilities Act as the primary engineer responsible for all cross-product integrations and supply partner integrations. Lead development on the Connect API layer to facilitate seamless data and inventory sharing across Crewfare’s platforms. Engage in active coding to build, deploy, and maintain integration solutions, API endpoints, and data flows. Solve complex technical challenges related to data synchronization, real-time communication, and cross-product inventory sharing. Collaborate closely with product teams to understand and deliver on integration requirements. Provide technical mentorship and support to development teams. Oversee the integration pipeline, coordinating priorities, timelines, and technical standards. Proactively identify areas for improvement within existing integration processes and solutions. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a relevant field. Experience with supply side integrations in the travel industry (e.g., Expedia, Priceline, Amadeus). Strong emphasis on hands-on coding and technical execution. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. ?
