ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to join our team in Hanover, MD
Join ManTech's mission-focused national security team delivering enterprise infrastructure capabilities for a global workforce. This role will support the Intelligence Community's Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) platform in Maryland. This role support infrastructure associated with Data Center & Computing Services, Integrated Product Teams (IPT), and vendors to deliver services to ManTech's customers in the IC.
Responsibilities Included but are not limited to:
Provide support to senior ISSOs for implementing and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
Assist in the evaluation of security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for the processing of classified information.
Provide configuration management for security-relevant information systems software, hardware, and firmware.
Maintain records on workstations, servers, routers, firewalls, intelligent hubs, network switches, etc., to include system upgrades and information security assessment results, while developing a plan of action for findings mitigation.
Plan and coordinate the IT security programs and policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Eight (8) years or more experience as an ISSO within the Intelligence Community.
Technical bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.
DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level 1 or higher is required.
Experience to include at least two (2) of the following areas: knowledge of current security tools/hardware/software security implementation, communication prototype, and encryption techniques/tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Ten (10) years or more experience.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time. Must communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $109,100.00-$181,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
