We are seeking a skilled IT Integration Developer with a strong background in system integrations and SQL, to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our company. YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:
As our IT integration developer, you will be at the center of our integration activities. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, reliable integration solutions to enhance system performance and stability. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about optimizing current processes, such as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), to ensure smooth and efficient data exchanges between our systems and external partners.
AS WELL AS:
· Manage and maintain EDI systems to ensure accurate and timely exchange of data with business partners.
· Develop and implement EDI solutions for new and existing partners, including mapping, configuration, and testing.
· Develop applications or scripts using C#/Power Apps for automation and integration purposes.
· Write and maintain SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy customized EDI integrations.
· Manage bulk data import and export between ERP systems and third-party applications.
· Enhance code reliability and quality to ensure system stability and performance.
· Perform routine EDI system administration tasks, including upgrades, patches, and security updates.
· Support the design and implementation of business applications using Power Apps (if applicable).
· Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission errors, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in integration and information technology.
· Perform additional tasks as needed, related to the role.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
· 2-4 years of prior experience with IT integrations, ERP systems, EDI platforms and protocols, in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is a plus. ·
· Post secondary degree or diploma in computer science, computer engineering or related field is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of C# programming language for application development and integrationis preferred.
· Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and manipulation.
· Superior programming skills that relate to code development, documentation, maintenance, and implementation.
· Familiarity with integrations, development processes, and integration architectures and methodologies.
· Strong computer skills, including Power Apps, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Attentive eye for detail and the ability to spot and troubleshoot complex EDI and integration issues.
· Quick to learn and adapt. Able to pivot work priorities to meet the dynamic demands of the business.
