Outdoor living supply is looking for an individual to join our fast-paced and growing Business as an IT application developer. This role is critical to the organization and the right candidate will review and analyze business requirements (or uses cases) to create technical solutions, mainly residing outside of the core Business ERP production environment (NetSuite). Main duties include code, test, debug, document, implement and maintain software solutions. Primary Responsibilities Evaluate business requirements, non-functional requirements and design, build and support applications/solutions across the Outdoor Living Supply environment. Develop and support API integration between systems. Independently test and debug code; participate in the testing of other Business Solutions Developers’ projects as needed. Work with outside NetSuite professional services teams, other technical contractors, and members of OLS Accounting, Finance, IT, Operations and HR teams to determine the best way to automate processes, improve efficiencies and support employee productivity at Outdoor Living Supply. Proactively seek out and implement improvements to the system and processes. Stay current with Microsoft capabilities, best practices and upcoming releases. Determine ways to “Wow” our customers through technology. Qualifications Required 2-3 Years of experience with integrating multiple applications (in-house and/or vendor 3rd part hosted). 2 – 3 Years of experience with data normalization/transfer/management Experience with the Microsoft Platforms Experience with integrating data between multiple platforms Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to take ownership, prioritize and pay attention to detail
