IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Yolk Recruitment are currently hiring for IT Support Engineers on initial 6 month contracts.

We're looking for experienced IT Support Engineers to join a leading global organisation on a contract basis. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations. This is a hybrid role and the task will dictate the location.

• Provide remote and on-site IT support to end users
• Manage user accounts and access control
• Troubleshoot and optimise computer systems
• Install, upgrade, and configure hardware/software
• Maintain networks, endpoints, and security systems
• Assist with phishing simulations and cyber awareness campaigns
• Ensure devices are patched and compliant

• Experience with Office 365, Azure AD & Microsoft Intune
• Experience with IT Service Desk tools (e.g. AutoTask, SolarWinds, ConnectWise)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across PCs, servers, networks & firewalls
• Understanding of networking concepts & cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO27001)
• Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages (desirable)
