Job Title: IT Technical Analyst Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire/On-Site Pay: Targeting $67,000 - $79,000K annually Shift: Monday through Friday, days Specific duties and responsibilities for this IT Technical Analyst will include: Provide on-site and remote hardware and software support for all the users in the supply chain. Provides Microsoft Office system access as well as maintaining database access. Develop/maintain customized Sharepoint databases as per business requirements. Manage Security for QAD, assigning User Id’s, passwords and granting menu access. Manage VPN access for users. Train employees when needed on hardware usage, program usage, cyber security. We will begin reaching out immediately to skilled Buyers with the following background profile: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider five years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Minimum 2 years working experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Familiarity with of ERP systems. Strong knowledge of AD maintenance. Strong writing skills, to include sound experience in writing functional and technical specifications.
