Experience with IBM FileNet is required, with a solid understanding of document management and workflow automation.
Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful/SOAP web services, along with expertise in ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate, JPA).
Experience with application servers (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere).
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control systems (Git), and build tools (e.g: Maven, Gradle).
Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Angular, React) is a plus.
Understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
