Senior Java Developer

Location: Berlin (Hybrid)

Permanent, Full-time | Salary: Up to €80k + 5% Bonus (depending on experience)

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer (m/w/d) to join our client’s dynamic team in the telecommunications sector! If you're passionate about Java development and working on innovative spring-based applications in an agile environment, we’d love to get to know you!

Tasks

Design and implement spring-based applications as a Java Fullstack Developer.

Independently assess requirements and develop solutions.

Collaborate efficiently and responsibly in an agile environment.

Shape and align the macro- and software architecture with the team.

Implement new customer requirements on customized systems.

Maintain and further develop existing spring-based applications.

Create unit and integration tests and support quality management in test automation.

Deploy to test systems and release new versions across all environments.

Support day-to-day operations, handle research requests, and troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in object-oriented application development.

Strong knowledge of Java and JVM-based languages, as well as experience with modern technologies such as Spring, reactive programming, or Microservices.

Experience with SQL and noSQL databases.

Familiarity with modern state-of-the-art technologies like AMQP, Spring Boot, Hibernate, ElasticSearch, Kibana/Grafana, Kubernetes, etc.

Proficiency in English as well as minimum B1 German skills (German classes offered).

Willingness to relocate to Berlin if you are not already located there.
