Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure consistent adherence to best practices. Collaborate closely with both onshore and offshore teams to share expertise and drive results. Contribute to architecture design and technical planning processes. Create reusable components and implement robust design patterns to solve common challenges. Ensure optimal performance of applications, meeting KPIs and service-level agreements (SLAs). Protect sensitive data by implementing rigorous PHI (Protected Health Information) security standards. Stay current with emerging tools and technologies to continuously innovate and enhance solutions. Minimum Requirements Education & Experience: A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. At least 4+ years of relevant professional experience. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Java development with 4+ years of hands-on experience. Expertise in frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch (minimum 2+ years). Skilled in database design and SQL queries, with knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, or MongoDB preferred. Front-End & Microservices: Familiarity with front-end technologies, including JavaScript, React, and TypeScript. Experience with building RESTful services and working with Java Microservices. Collaboration & Deployment: Proven ability to work with offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as FHIR and HL7. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile practices, and unit testing. Exposure to AI developer tools like GitHub Copilot is a plus.
