Are you starting your career in finance? We’re looking for a

Junior Accountant

to join our team for a temporary position covering maternity leave for 1,5 years (with the possibility of working part-time 32h/week). This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their career in finance and accounting while gaining practical experience across various tasks.

Your Profile:

• Initial experience in an accounting or finance-related role (internships or part-time roles count!).
• Good Excel knowledge, such as data entry, using simple formulas, and formatting spreadsheets.
• A team player who enjoys collaboration and is open to feedback.
• Organized with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Eager to develop skills, improve processes, and take on new responsibilities as you grow.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Knowledge of Netsuite Oracle is a plus.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handling Bills and Payments:
  • Booking incoming and outgoing bills, ensuring accurate revenue postings.
  • Processing supplier payments and managing expense approvals for employees.
• Reconciliations and Month-End Closing:
  • Reconciling bank statements, credit card balances, and employee expense accounts.
  • Supporting month-end closing tasks, including reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Financial Record Management:
  • Maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
  • Assisting with the preparation of basic financial reports and templates under supervision.
