We’re on the lookout for a Junior Design Assistant to join our team and support two exciting, fast-growing businesses. About the Role: This is a hands-on role for someone with solid design skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment where function is often prioritised over form. You’ll be working under the guidance of a Design Lead but require the ability to manage tasks independently to produce clean, clear designs that help drive real-world results across a variety of projects. What We’re Looking For: Proven design skills and relevant experience Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) Availability for 10–15 hours per week Ability to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative A portfolio that shows your ability to create purposeful, effective designs - applications without a portfolio will not be considered What You’ll Do: Assist with design projects from concept to completion Create and refine visuals for primarily digital use with some print use required Support the team with production tasks and asset management Ensure consistent branding and quality across all work Interested?
