Junior Developer, Summer job

We are looking for a Junior Developer (Game Development Tools & Technologies) for temporary summer assignment (timetable negotiable, for example 15.05.-15.08.2025). We can discuss possibilities of diploma or degree work subject, as well as continuing also after summer period.

Our team builds comprehensive casino game development solutions, including in-house frontend rendering libraries, release pipelines and various tools to improve game development processes. We also work tightly with Veikkaus' subsidiary Fennica Gaming to bring our games to international audiences.

Our games are played several million times a day all over Finland, so our work has high visibility. We are development oriented and value quality over quantity. We trust in expertise and give our professionals independence and responsibility.

You would be contributing to the development of world class platforms, engines and development tools - in close co-operation with Veikkaus Game Studio as well as external game studios. Your daily work will include technologies such as TypeScript, Node, GitLab CI/CD, GCP, WebGL, etc. Your role, product team and work assignments will be shaped according to your strengths and interests.

You will thrive in this position, if you have

• Applicable educational background
• Previous development experience from work, school or personal projects using TypeScript/JavaScript or any of the technologies listed above
• Interest and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and improve your development skills
• Interest towards real-money gaming

In addition, good Finnish communication skills are strongly preferred. Please note that the position requires you to be at least 18 years old.
