Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor incident data and provide insights through detailed reports and dashboards, identifying trends and areas for improvement.   Job Requirements  Bilingual in English and Spanish (intermediate/ advanced translator). 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
