Position Summary: We are seeking a talented Junior SAP ABAP Developer to join our team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects and development initiatives in support of a US Department of Health and Human Services agency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing for current and proposed enterprise application environments.
The target start date is January 2025 and the duration is through October 2026 with potential for extension.
Due to government contract requirements, we are seeking candidates who are United States Citizens located in MD, VA, D.C., TX, NC, NJ or FL and able to work on our W2 (salary + benefits package). (No 1099 or Corp-to-Corp inquiries will be entertained).
Responsibilities:
- Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
- Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
- Developing programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
Required: - United States Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- 2+ years of SAP ECC development experience
Preferred: - Experience working on a Federal Government agency project (US Department of Health and Human Resources experience is a big plus)
