Position Summary
The Koerber SQL Developer will assist with all development stages for the SQL databases, write SQL queries, and conduct SQL database troubleshooting. This person will be responsible for the stability, reliability, and performance of the databases. The Koerber SQL Developer will also be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of the SQL Server to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our corporate applications. This is a hands-on position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with our logistics and operations teams to streamline processes, improve data integrity, and support our growing business needs
• Enhance warehouse management capabilities through effective SQL development and database management
• Optimizing the warehouse management systems to ensure smooth operations and efficient order fulfillment
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support Koerber and its integration with Other Applications
• Resolve and update IT tickets for WMS SQL-related tasks/issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with the operations, IT, and business analysis teams to gather requirements and create SQL solutions that address specific warehouse and inventory challenges
• Work with application vendors on incidents and technical support as needed
• Assist in system upgrades, ensuring the integrity and security of data throughout the process
• Provide training and support to team members on SQL-related queries and reporting tools
• Create/modify standard operating procedures and documentation as needed
• Design, implement, and maintain Koerber WMS solutions, which includes working with Page Editor, Advantage Architect, and SQL Server stored procedures.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and create comprehensive documentation outlining the project scope.
• Maintain thorough documentation of code modifications in line with company standards and best practices.
• Manage project timelines effectively by juggling various project deliverables, production support needs, and system administration responsibilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as DBAs and Infrastructure to ensure solution development aligns with organizational goals and standards.
• Develop and execute test cases and support quality assurance and user acceptance testing alongside business partners.
• Assist with the deployment of solutions, troubleshooting issues during user training and acceptance testing.

• Candidate should have 3+ Years on any WMS tool preferable Korber/High jump WMS development or L2/L3 Support experience.
• Candidate should be Bachelor in CS/IT or Eng. background.
• Candidate should understand functional Supply chain system.
• Should have strong warehouse/Logistics operations knowledge.
• Should have play a role of Implement Team member and exposure into build a new warehouse.
• Candidate should have understanding and end to end enhancement exposure of picking, Packing and Shipping module.
• Candidate should have exposure into built new Interface or enhancement with Host System.
• Should have good understanding of Advantage Architect Development and Enhancements. Latest Certification Preferred.
• Exposure into Korber other modules like Labor and yard Management will be a Advantage.
• Sound Understanding of Korber Architect and Page editor.
• Strong skill in PLSQL SSRS, Korber Reports development and Enhancement.
• Experienced Into Zebra Label Printing Solution setup and enhancement.
• Experienced Into API, XML, Json Interface Setup, build and customize Import system.
• Must have SQL Database Troubleshooting, Indexing, Performance, Automation experience.
• Experience into any .NET Technology will be preferred.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $34.03 to $70.91 . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
