TELUS Health Pharmacy Solutions is looking for a full time L3 Software Quality Specialist to join the Engineering team. The Pharmacy Development team is a large multi-project team whose mission is to develop solutions that help pharmacy professionals to increase their efficiency and offer value-added services to their patients. What you'll do:
Developing Automated test framework and test scripts, execute automate testing to reduce manual testing of our mobile and web UI
Defining, planning and orchestrating and delivering test cases and test scenarios by reviewing stories in upcoming sprints and soliciting input from business SMEs
Understanding the requirements, acceptance criteria and coordinate testing tasks and outcomes
Perform Functional, Integration and Regression testing across multiple platforms
Assist with creating and maintaining a library of comprehensive regression scripts and maintaining appropriate archival of QA documentation
Collaborate with Developers, Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure that issues and risks are identified, logged and resolved
Provide testing support on UAT and Production issues
Managing risks associated and escalations as required
Manage stakeholders' expectations of quality for the product or enhancement
Actively participate in agile processes
Qualifications
What you bring:
Experience writing and maintaining comprehensive test plans/strategy, test cases and reporting test results
Experience in testing complex, multi-tiered web-based systems
Test automation experience
Experience with agile development methodologies
Well-versed with Atlassian stack such as JIRA, Confluence etc
Knowledge of accessibility testing and standards
Excellent communication skills, Right attitude and team player
Must have an extremely high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and unforeseen requests
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
Results oriented, focused on customer and team success as opposed to individual success
Excellent analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills
Required Experience:
5+ years' overall experience in a QA role with 2+ years'
Bilingual English-French
Hands-on experience in a variety of test automation frameworks/tools
Experience with an onshore/offshore delivery mode
Pharmacy experience

C+/HTML/.Net
Bitbucket familiarity
Advanced knowledge of English is required, because you will, most of the time, interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its national scope.
