One of our companies is currently looking for a Lead Cyber Security Content Developer in Anywhere.

This remote leadership role is ideal for a cybersecurity expert with a strong passion for education, instructional design, and hands-on training. As a Lead Cyber Security Content Developer, you'll be responsible for designing cutting-edge cybersecurity training content, overseeing lab environments, and mentoring a global team of content developers. This position blends technical depth with creativity, allowing you to craft immersive learning experiences and guide the development of real-world cybersecurity simulations. You’ll work closely with engineering, content architecture, and client-facing teams to ensure the educational materials are technically accurate, engaging, and aligned with industry needs.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the creation and evolution of cybersecurity training content, including advanced labs and scenario-based challenges.
• Mentor and review the work of content developers, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strong pedagogical design.
• Design learning paths that cater to different levels of expertise, from foundational to advanced.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to integrate technical content with user-friendly delivery formats.
• Develop assessments and evaluations that reinforce learning outcomes and track learner progress.
• Act as a technical authority on lab design, content integration, and troubleshooting issues related to learning environments.
• Continuously monitor cybersecurity trends to update content in line with the latest tools, threats, and techniques.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, instructional design, or technical content development.
• Expertise in at least two cybersecurity areas such as cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), threat hunting, OT security, forensics, or incident response.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and experience applying instructional design methodologies.
• Hands-on experience developing and managing technical labs using VMs, cloud platforms, and automation tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating across global teams and managing stakeholders in multiple time zones.
