We are working with a leading product company who are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to provide strategic and technical leadership for a team of data scientists. The individual will lead the technical vision and delivery of ML/AI initiatives and identify solutions that address business challenges.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Data Scientists
Design and oversee ML solutions
Drive MLOps best practices
Build and recruit a team
Provide strategic leadership
Communicate with stakeholders on complex data findings
Requirements:
Leadership / Management experience
Strong understanding of MLOps
5+ years Data Science + ML Ops experience
Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
CI/CD, DevOps
Python, R and SQL
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
