Lead Front End Developer - VMaaS Remote We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Lead Frontend Developer to join our fast-paced ever-growing organization. You will join our Video Meeting platform (VMaaS) development team as a Lead Frontend Developer and Frontend technical team leader. Your Role: Under the direction of the VMaaS platform Director of Engineering, you will act as the main frontend architect and developer, providing guidance and supervision for more junior team member Act as main technical architect and leader for Sangoma Meet (VMaaS) frontend development team Provide supervision (Guidance, code reviews, etc..) for VMaaS frontend development team members Perform peer code reviews and make sure produced code meets high-quality standards Design and implement frontend software related to the VMaaS platform Design and develop mobile applications for the VMaaS platform Perform any debugging and issue analysis of the issues reported by customers Integrate third party cloud APIs and libraries Collaborate with Backend and DevOps teams to guarantee flawless user experience for Sangoma Meet product Use best practices coding and software development to produce highly efficient scalable and secure software Your Background: Fluent in English language both in writing and speaking At least 7 years of experience in web applications development Strong knowledge of AngularJS and/or ReactJS frameworks Strong knowledge of WebRTC and Jitsi-meet video conferencing platform String knowledge of source control tools like GIT, subversion, etc.. At least 5 years of experience with frontend application development using Linux based operating systems as backend Good understanding of multi-system-based application Experience in building scalable and redundant applications software Ability to quickly learn new technologies Prior experience in leading and mentoring frontend development teams Good frontend debugging skills What We Offer: Extensive health benefit and retirement saving options based on your country.
