Fully remote, well-capitalized team of 10, working flexibly worldwide. Meet regularly for offsites in places like Barcelona, London, and San Francisco. Role Responsibilities: As Full-Stack Lead, you will: Oversee smart contract, backend, and frontend teams, ensuring smooth integration between codebases Lead cross-team collaboration and become the go-to technical expert Document knowledge via commit logs, changelogs, and Notion docs Handle technical specifications for the product team Core Skills: Experience with customer-facing applications Familiarity with AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, Node.js, Solidity, GraphQL, TypeScript, and Next.js Strong focus on software quality: security, performance, architecture, and testing Excellent technical communication and cross-functional collaboration What We Offer: $160k+ salary, equity, remote-first work, and growth opportunities in the crypto space.
