FedWriters is building a team to support the Joint Contingency & Expeditionary Services (JCXS) program office, which resides within Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA’s) Information Operations, and delivers technology solutions and operations support to acquisition activities in contingency environments—both in peacetime and wartime—and in support of humanitarian efforts. We are looking for an Lead Implementation SME to support its suite of JCXS systems to join our prospective team.

Work Schedule and Location:
Remote: This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. There will be an occasional meetings to attend at DLA HQ in Fort Belvoir, VA. Candidates living in the DC metro area are ideal as travel to meetings is not covered.
Provides expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter.
Serves as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives.
Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills.
Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious.
Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives and assignments are often self-initiated.
Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product.
Seven (7) years’ experience.
Expert experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher.
Experience with Oracle EDQ and ODI tools for Implementation and Sustainment tasks.
Working knowledge of the Oracle EBS application and the Federal and DoD business processes.
Experience in providing functional support for major development/upgrade efforts and postproduction.
Expert experience in a particular area of Information Technology (e.g., Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering,Communications or Network Systems Management), or a specific functional area (e.g., finance, logistics, or operations research).
Expert experience providing end-to-end direction and functional oversight.
Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
