Position Title: Lead Java/JS Develop Location: Remote Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Java/JS Developer with extensive experience in full-stack development. The ideal candidate must have strong development experience in Java, including object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures and algorithms, collections, multithreading, and exception handling. Full stack experience with Angular or React.JS is mandatory. The candidate should be proficient in working with databases such as MongoDB, DB2, Oracle, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, or PostgreSQL. Please do not apply if your experience is primarily with SQL, MySQL, or MS SQL. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications. Implement full-stack development using Angular or React.JS. Design and manage databases including MongoDB, DB2, Oracle, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, or PostgreSQL. Apply advanced knowledge of OOP, data structures and algorithms, collections, multithreading, and exception handling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience as a Java Developer with strong development skills. In-depth knowledge of OOP, data structures and algorithms, collections, multithreading, and exception handling. Full stack development experience with Angular or React.JS. Proficient in working with databases like MongoDB, DB2, Oracle, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, or PostgreSQL. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong understanding of Unix/Linux environments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Unix ranking and other related technologies. Knowledge of modern development practices and tools. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
