About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate, results-driven Lead Platform Engineer to spearhead the development of the Enclaive multi-cloud platform. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies at the forefront of confidential computing and leave a lasting impact in the engineering community.

Your Mission:

• Collaborate with the CTO/CPO to design and deliver new product features.
• Lead the full lifecycle of vHSM product development: from continuous deployment to testing, integration, and documentation.
• Mentor and guide a high-performing engineering team.
• Be the face of enclaive at conferences, meetups, podcasts, and community events.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 8+ years of software development experience, ideally in cloud-native applications or key management solutions.
• A proven track record of delivering software used by thousands of users.
• Expertise in cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a culture of learning.
• Passion for confidential computing and AI, with a growth mindset.
