*PLEASE BE SURE TO ANSWER ALL SCREENING QUESTIONS EVEN IF INDEED SAYS OPTIONAL We are looking to hire a Javascript programmer/Developer to build a time and attendance system to be integrated into our scheduling and messaging software solution. Our finished product will be marrying time with legal protection for businesses. In short, when employees clock-in (or out) they will be responding to our unique attestation HR messages, written by labor attorneys, ensuring there are no problems in the work place such as pay and/or break issues, injuries, Policy and/or Procedure breaches to name a few. We require someone who has at least two years working for a time and attendance and/or scheduling company and has advanced knowledge about the industry. The Lead Programmer should know, for instance, what standard features come with time and attendance as we want to not only use this produce in-house, but also sell it as a legacy product the open market. To start, we are looking for a flat fee arrangement and we will be asking applicants to estimate length of time for finished results as well as the cost. There is an opportunity to stay on help launch our new business. After discovery and learning about our goals, we will ask Lead Programmer to state how long it would take to code (both back and front end) a fully-functional scalable time and attendance system. A mobile application may be needed in conjunction with this build-out but this will also be discussed. We already have a team of 4 programmers who work for us in-house and the Lead Javascript Programmer will help guide them and ensure we are moving along efficiently and effectively.
