Lead Frontend Website Developer Job Purpose: Fully manage and take accountability for any and all issues related to building and maintaining a website that follows best practices including Google PageSpeed optimizations with SEO in mind. Must be available to jump in after hours if an urgent issue arises and nobody else can assist. Lead Frontend Website Developer Job Duties: Help with the development of our websites Communicate with clients to coordinate/help troubleshoot best solutions for their needs/issues and gather all elements for the project. Assists with managing and delegating client change and maintenance requests. Follow up with all internal team members to ensure that assigned tasks are completed and projects progress efficiently and according to schedule. Troubleshoot and assist in any issues that team members might have. Understanding of Google PageSpeed optimization Follow up with clients to ensure that internal team members have all the materials they need to complete their assignments. Review teams code Build out landing pages/templates from psd to html/css/bootstrap/tailwind Communicate with the backend developers for issues/new feature requests.
