Navigate the ever-evolving AR landscape, positioning Arrow at its forefront. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Advanced degrees (Masters, Ph.D.) are a plus. AR Development: Proven experience in AR development, with a strong portfolio of projects. Prior experience with platforms such as Unity, ARKit, or ARCore is essential. Languages & Frameworks: Proficiency in languages and frameworks vital for AR development, including but not limited to C#, JavaScript, and Python. Familiarity with mobile and AR development (VisionOS, iOS, Android) is beneficial. Systems Design: Strong understanding of system architecture, database design, and networking specific to AR applications. API Integrations: Experience with integrating third-party APIs and understanding of potential limitations or benefits they can bring to AR applications. Optimization: Skills in optimizing applications for performance, especially crucial for real-time AR experiences. UX/UI Understanding: While not a primary design role, having an understanding of user experience and interface design will be advantageous given the immersive nature of AR applications. Team Leadership: Experience in leading or managing development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to specifications.
