Optimize our Webflow development process for efficiency and use of best practices. Develop websites in Webflow for our clients. Performance Will Be Measured By: Client communication speed, frequency, & quality The amount you’re able to save us per project on development costs. Number of bugs and errors on the pages you build Creativity of animations/interactions/effects Google Lighthouse scores Ability to meet deadlines Required Skills & Experience Required: 4+ years of experience in Web Development 3+ years of Webflow experience 2+ years experience in a web design / development agency Helpful, but not required: Slight knowledge of design Experience developing in other CMS tools (Shopify + Wordpress) Compensation Structure Monthly Salary or Hourly Rate – open to negotiation.
