ROLE SUMMARY The Consultant will provide training to clients from a variety of business sectors. Depending on the client and their specific needs, the Consultant may be asked to: Facilitate leadership training that has been designed by our team Coach leaders at client companies Support the design of new or enhanced leadership content Design supporting materials (ie. PowerPoint presentations, handouts) Communicate directly with clients in a timely manner Collaborate effectively with members of the Flow team While primarily based in Calgary, we have client needs across Alberta. Some travel might be required. EDUCATION/TRAINING University Degree/College Diploma 8+ years experience working with facilitation, coaching or organizational development Coaching certification and 5+ years of leadership coaching experience would be an asset Certification in Insights Discovery would be an asset SKILLS Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to establish, build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients High self-directedness and an ability to self-motivate Commitment to designing and delivering programming and coaching at a high level A team mentality, a positive attitude and excitement for your work DETAILS Consultants will be paid an hourly wage for all billable hours, to be discussed in the interview. Hours of work may range each month depending on client needs, as well as Consultant availability. Consultant will work from home or may work from our office space in Downtown Calgary on occasion.
